Price-List of Legal Services Cost
Legal Firm "Sokolovskiy and Partners"

The cost of rendered services is set proceeding from the time, spent by LEGAL FIRM'S employees for providing the service according to rates, stated below:
- 1 working hour of managing partner is 150 US dollars
- 1 working hour of senior partner is 120 US dollars
- 1 working hour of a partner is 100 US dollars
- 1 working hour of a lawyer is 80 US dollars
- 1 working hour of an associate lawyer (attorney) is 60 US dollars
The cost of the partner's or the LEGAL FIRM'S working hour in inoperable time increases in one and a half times. Inoperable time hereunder is from 18-00 till 9-00 in work days, holidays and days-off.
The time cost of the LEGAL FIRM'S partner or the employee to the CLIENT or under his instructions is calculated on the basis of hourly rates of the partner or the employee, multiplied by 0,5 index.
In the case, when the CLIENT insists on the urgency of performing the assignment and the LEGAL FIRM accepts this condition, the working hour cost of the LEGAL FIRM'S partner or the employee is calculated on the basis of hourly rates of the partner or the employee, multiplied by 1,3 index.
