The cost of 1 working hour is the next:
- 1 hour of work of a managing partner is UAH 2000($ 250) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of a senior partner is UAH 1600($ 200) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of a partner is UAH 1400 ($ 175) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of an advisor is UAH 1200 ($ 150) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of a senior legal advisor is UAH 1000 ($ 125) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of a legal advisor, consultant is UAH 800 ($ 100) without VAT
- 1 hour of work of a legal advisor assistant is UAH 600 ($ 75) without VAT
Cost of an hour of work of a LAW FIRM employee or a partner in non-working hours is increased in1.5 times. In this case non-working time is understood as: from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in working days, holidays and days off.
Cost of drive time of a LAW FIRM employee or a partner to a client of by his/her commissions is calculated proceeding from hourly fee of a partner or an employee multiplied by 0.5.
If a CLIENT insists on urgency of fulfillment of a commission and the LAW FIRM accepts this condition, cost of 1 hour of work of a partner or an employee is calculated proceeding from hourly fee of a partner or an employee multiplied by 1.3.
Cost of representation of a Client’s interests in courts:
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in economic and administrative courts per 1 court day: from UAH 1000 ($ 125) to UAH 6000 ($ 750).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in economic and administrative courts of appeals per 1 court day: from UAH 3000 ($ 375) to UAH 6000( $ 750).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in the Superior Economic Court of Ukraine and the Superior Administrative Court of Ukraine per 1 court day: from UAH 5000 ($ 625) to UAH 20000 ($ 2500).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in civil disputes in courts of general jurisdiction of the first instance per 1 court day: from UAH 600 ($ 75) to UAH 2000 ($ 250).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in civil disputes in courts of appeals of general jurisdiction per 1 court day: from UAH 1000 ($ 125) to UAH 4000 ($ 500).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in civil disputes in the Superior specialized court of Ukraine processing civil and criminal cases per 1 court day: from UAH 3000 ($ 375) to UAH 15000 ($ 1880).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in criminal cases in courts of general jurisdiction of the first instance per 1 court day: from UAH 1500 ($ 188) to UAH 3000 ($ 375).
- cost of presentation of a Client’s interests in criminal cases in courts of appeals of general jurisdiction per 1 court day: from UAH 2000 ($ 250) to UAH 6000 ($ 750).
